This Slow Cooker Beef Stew is perfect for making in batches and freezing so that you've always got something super hearty and warming on hand for those days when you just don't feel like cooking.

It's also fantastic to pop in the slow cooker in the morning so you'll come home at the end of the day to a tasty, filling meal.

It might be packed full of vegetables, but in our opinion you can never have enough veg, so serve with your favourite vegetables or a chunk of crusty bread to soak up all of the delicious sauce!
